Important Hearing Update

Last evening at the Board meeting the County Attorney, Kemper Beasley, reported that the lawsuit by CCLA against the County was closed. 
Following the meeting, a call was placed to CCLA's attorney, to verify if this information was correct.  Per our attorney,  this information is
incorrect.  Judge Cella issued an opinion he which he stated CCLA did not have standing (the right to sue).  The process (as I understand it)
is that after the opinion is issued one of the lawyers has to submit a motion signed by all attorneys involved, for an court order signed by
Judge Cella to be completed.  At this point, that court order has not been processed per CCLA's attorney.

CCLA is working with the attorney concerning all options available to us.  We will keep you posted.
