The petition circulated starting in 2018, was closed out in July and presented to the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) with a copy hand delivered to each Board member. CCLA is now in the process of circulating a NEW petition and asking for your show of support by signing it. This one contains a column for Cumberland County residents to indicate their district. It is important for us to do this, so when the time is right, we can present up-to-date information to DEQ. The petition is available in hard copy and in electronic copy. The electronic version is under the “Take Action” on this website. If you prefer a hard copy, it is included in this writing.
