Judge Paul Cella Opinion on CCLA Standing

CCLA received notice from Judge Paul Cella (Ret) as of late last week, that he maintains his opinion that CCLA does not have standing (the
right to sue).  This is unbelievable based on the information available to us. 

Here is the opinion received from Judge Cella, seems he is stuck on that CCLA does not, as an organization, own land in CumberlandCounty, especially close to the proposed landfill site.  However, we do represent people who are part of the community and do own land close to the proposed site.  Here is Judge Cella's opinion:
